When pricing a specific account or accounts for a potential customer Integrity will send your information to over 30 different suppliers who offer service in your area. The pricing will start coming back within 4-6 business days, this is where the real work starts. Integrity manages billions of KWH annually and we use this as leverage when pricing your account. Once all the pricing has been supplied to Integrity, we will then go back and forth with each supplier and drive down the cost. Our loyalty belongs to the customer, not the supplier.
Integrity also works with all size customers which is important to note. While most brokers only deal with large C&I customers, Integrity has the ability to price all accounts. If you are a small business owner and do not want to be offered a “1 price fits all” product, then we will have the solution for you. We have over 15 different suppliers that submit daily matrix pricing to Integrity and we will find the right one for you. Our proprietary software allows us to compare each supplier’s price side by side to determine which price, term length, and contract language works best for you.
